The LTAP Centers of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska invite you to the 2005 National LTAP-TTAP Conference at the Grand Harbor Resort in Dubuque, Iowa,July 23-27,2005. This event is the annual conference of the LTAP-TTAP Centers and promises to provide the latest information in transportation technology important to local agencies, the techniques to deliver the information and topics important to LTAP-TTAP administration and management.
We encourage you to attend, network, visit with old friends and "navigate the river."

The 2005 LTAP Conference will be held in the Grand Harbor Resort and Waterpark, located along the Mississippi River. The complex is three venues in one: a spacious conference center, a hotel and dining area, and a waterpark.

Who Should Attend This Conference:

This conference brings together all professionals involved in bringing transportation technology to local transportation agencies: staff and advisory board members of the LTAP and TTAP Centers, State Department of Transportation staff members, FHWA Division and Headquarters staff, and our many partners.

What is LTAP?

Through 58 Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) and Tribal Technical Assistance Program (TTAP) centers—one in every state, Puerto Rico, and seven American Indian tribal regions—the Federal Highway Administration sponsors transportation- related training and resources for local and tribal governments.
